If you guys knew the pathways we have here its no wonder we are getting our asses kicked
Unless you play under 12 reps really you have no chance of playing state or for your country, its decided at a very young age.
The only other way is to somehow push your way into 20 20 in the ipl or bbl and get noticed
Its not the best player's that always make it through
