This girl is the real deal. Huge run last night with an interrupted run and still ran time. Absolutely powering away like a future Group stayer. Lovely bitch Sandro, congratulations.

Thank you Paul.

Its a very humbling and exciting experience to have a pup as promising as she is. Especially as a breeder and an owner.

When she won her first 600m race she ran home in 12.83, leading all the way, which was outstanding.

Last night she ran home in 12.74 coming from 2nd place and as you say interrupted just before the 600m boxes, going for an inside run.

She just keeps amazing me

All credit goes to Tony Zammit as he has seasoned her at Albion Park right from the word go when he got her after break in and has not rushed her in any way whatsoever.

Let's just hope for an injury free run and that she comes home safe after each race.

The whole country is waiting for her 710m debut. Scary to say, but she looks like shes only warmed up by the finish line in 34.56!

Well done Sandro and TZ!

Holy crap, what a gallop. Carted 4 and 5 wide the entire race, chasing top quality 600m dogs. Has the audacity to drive through along the rails when she finally gets a run in the home straight and still runs time. Winning the best 5th grade final I've seen for years. Truck me Sandro, what have you got there? You must be bursting with pride and super excited to see her step up to 700.

Paul, it was a terrific win.

She seems to have stepped it up even further, running home in 12.76 after having a much harder run than the week before.

I will need to confirm with TZ but at this stage the Nationals are not on her agenda. If we had a few more weeks up our sleeve maybe it would have been a chance.

I will say one thing, she is easily the best dog I have ever bred or owned after her mother (who we never really got to see the best of, only glimpses of it). She will be a hard act to follow for any that come afterwards.

Ran them ragged again tonight. Fantastic sectionals all the way around. Was a length and a half in front off the mat. Spread the field out like Brown's cows. How good is Queensland travelling at the moment? Racing for Thursday City Staying Class money on a Monday night. Money for jam for this girl.

It's a Class 1 race so counts as a Thursday night win even though held on Monday

You have to admire the Club and Racing Qld for bringing this initiative on as it encourages trainers to have a go with their dogs over the longer trips rather than defaulting to the shorter distances

Lately ipswich have had up to 3 x 630m races on the program

having the money at the top end encourages the other tracks to start introducing lead up races and providing the structure to produce stayers of the future

It's great to see.

If only NSW could get on their bike with it instead of having 70% of their races across the State at less than 440m

Well done Sandro, onwards and upwards with her!

Well said, QLD the fair dinkum state. Looking after the breed and the game! NSW, at 70% under 440m, what a joke.

Thanks Daryl

But being a broodie is the last thing on my mind with her at the moment, hopefully its delayed for a year or two by an injury free racing career

Her pups are definitely going to be in demand. But hopefully there's a few group wins and a couple 100k in prizemoney on the board before breeding is thought of

Hi Matt

Not looking that far ahead.

I just want her to come home after every run safe and sound and have a nice career where she can hopefully step up to Group Class when TZ is ready to go there and be competitive in that class

Did it ridiculously easy again last night. Fantastic placement by Tony and Maree. Getting her confidence up. Getting her stronger. Only a matter of time before she steps up to Group racing. Be interesting to see her compete against Australia's top line stayers.

The litter got a treble last night

She's All Cheek put the picket fence up winning her 3rd race straight Angle Park over 515m for Kim Johnstone.

First Class Izzy won her maiden over the 515m at Launceston last night in a respectable 30.14 for Debbie Cannan

Both of these bitches have got their share of ability but have been slow maturing and now getting orientated to 515m and potentially further we can start to see their true value

Hit Top Gear is in at Wenty over 720m on Wednesday night, she has already won over that distance and has run a PB of 42.48, which isn't too shabby

Spread The Load, who is blessed with a lot of talent, and also a 720m winner at Wenty, contests a 600m at Dapto on Thursday night. She was desperately unlucky last week after being cut out for a run near the home turn. Ran a good 3rd. Hopefully for better luck this Thursday
