the ratings are a joke,22.00 for a 400 in dundalk is approx 29.50 for the 525 and it would get a rating of about 10

I said it when Uk data went off line, were the poor relation. The ratings and upkeep of data over here is poor to be honest. Its making it difficult for breeders to get a reading on up coming studs etc. for example stud to follow is ballymac kingdom. Top offspring in offspring list ballymac neems with a +126 go in the races for that dog and find that race ?? Then another of its offspring (incredible charming girl) has a high rating yet it doesnt even show as having a rating at all in offspring list. Whole thing in Uk and Ireland needs tidying up and sorting out, with ratings for all tracks and distances checked and corrected.

This site is so far behind lately and doing alot damage to breeders.if you go into some brood litters they don't have some runs up.at all so their ratings can be alot lower than they have achieved when u actually click on one the pups they have alot more races ran than up on data

We have just replaced an IT person and we are aware of some of the issues on the website. These will be fixed in due time.

In regard to the rating, this is only a guide, and this has always been the case. Over the years we have had many experienced people help us with the ratings but ultimately it is an impossible job as we are not updated by the tracks about track conditions and changes to the track.

As I stated the ratings are only a quick guide and members purchasing dogs should never rely on them. They should do their own homework on the dog's background before making a purchase.

In saying that if anyone wants to take on the voluntary job of assessing the points for every UK and Irish track you are more than welcome to try.

The one condition I will insist on is that you post here that you will do it and you answer any emails or posts in regard to your "ratings".
