How long should it take for someone from GD to take my money so I can access testmating? Has been 3 weeks now.

I've tried 3 times to renew my paid membership. Got the same message. No-one from data has contacted me. Given up now, just do it with a pencil and paper

Hi Jamie and Ben, have you paid via Paypal, as we have no record if you have. We receive 150 email daily and in the last 6 months have had 7,723 new members. Yes we are behind contacting individuals as i usually do this but fell and broke my arm in two place while in Germany. I have not long left hospital and am now trying to catch up with the work load.

as far as the site being a joke, it is obvious you do not understand the amount of work that goes into it for a team all over the world.

I do understand work load and all things associated . Obviously needs to be a system upgrade which includes more than a pay pal option these days.
Hope you recover swiftly and successfully.
From my point of view with such a large platform things should be and are easily done to make a more fluent and efficient way of moving forward in regards to payments for a service.
