What are people's thoughts on line breeding these days? Back at the start of this topic it looks to be a big contributor to where people would take their bitches. Is it still a big consideration in people's thoughts when putting together a mating or is it less pivitol these days with breeders now more and more looking at going to proven sires regardless of lines.

2X3 3X3 3X4 4X4 Breeding in 2017
DNA
Now shows us just who is who and what is what and it is what it is regardless of what spin any one puts on it . We now see clear paths to follow ... but that does not mean inbreeding willl not be the Bee's knees in a few more years again but who cares because as we see also today it is just about CHASE HARD CHASE regardless of speed you must have NATURAL CHASE in your breed or you are destended to fail ....

Any serious breeder or prospective breeder should read this and see the power of inbreeding/ line breeding. .I cant believe some breeder do the right thing when their bitches need an out cross .instead of line breeding back in they continue out crossing. This thread proves How powerful 3x3 3x4 is .The proof is here. Cheers jack

mayor jack i used to give credence to novel approach to breeding like 3x3 male cross or same dam cross and if it worked was a genius then had a change of heart when it became a genetic misfire my thoughts now if you have a top grade female breed her to a top sire its that easy drive youself crazy trying to be a genetic wizard
afterthought nothing wrong with new sire with top track record and breeding you like always enjoy different theories

3 x 3 would be one of the more common crosses, of course you'll find plenty of examples. If you want to see something bad enough, you'll always find it. Obviously you'll only highlight the few that did work, not the many tomes that it didn't.
